At UniMed our CPAP and BIPAP Therapy is provided by a licensed Respiratory Therapist.  We provide our patients with a comprehensive CPAP follow up program.  With our relationships throughout the medical equipment industry we are able to determine the right products for the CPAP/BIPAP patient’s needs.

Our sleep therapy follow up program is second to none. When we provide sleep therapy equipment for the first time we follow up twice within the first month to ensure that the patient is satisfied and compliant with the therapy.

We have a 30-day mask refit program that guarantees satisfaction. If the patient's mask doesn’t fit or he/she is having difficulty then we will exchange it for a new mask to ensure a proper fit.

We will contact our sleep therapy patients every 3-6 months and offer them the opportunity to receive replacement supplies such as a mask, headgear, tubing, and filters for their machine.  Within days, their supplies are delivered via UPS. 

We will bill Medicare or your insurance for all covered items.
