THE UNIMED MASK GUARANTEE PROGRAM

UniMed would like to give each of our patients the best opportunity for a successful use of our sleep therapy equipment. For this to be accomplished it is essential that each patient to be comfortable with the mask he or she is using.  For this reason, it may be necessary to try more than one mask to the CPAP or BIPAP work best for each patient.

THE UNIMED MASK PROMISE

If for any reason your initial mask isn’t working in a manner you feel appropriate, within the first 30 days from the time you were setup on your sleep therapy, call us and we will fit you with a new mask at NO EXTRA CHARGE to you or your insurance provider.  We feel this is necessary to ensure you get optimum benefit from your sleep therapy.

SLEEP THERAPY SUPPLY CENTER

UniMed’s Sleep Therapy Supply Center for CPAP and BIPAP users.
Sleep therapy supplies are intended to be replaced every 3-6 months to maintain therapeutic hygiene and to ensure your system continues to function properly.  UniMed makes it easy for you to get the supplies you need, when you need them.

We will contact our sleep therapy patients every 3-6 months and offer them the opportunity to receive replacement supplies such as a mask, headgear, tubing, and filters for your machine.  Within days, the supplies will be delivered via UPS. We will also be discussing the effectiveness of your therapy and addressing any issues or concerns you may have.
